ABOUT ERAK SIMSSON
Erak's professional health and fitness career has spanned over 20 years in which time he has helped a variety of individuals get fit, recover from injury and lose weight.
Some of Erak's clients and fitness innovations have being featured in national and regional media; (Ace Tennis Magazine, UltraFit Magazine, Perfect Beauty, Hampshire Chronicle, Belfast Telegraph).
Erak's approach to helping individuals succeed is very simple, first he listens, then thinks and then he helps to put together a common sense holistic approach to achieving the goal(s).
When not working with clients Erak enjoys reading, coaching his 6 year old son Alexander at tennis and dancing Salsa with his wife Melanie. Erak also likes to get involved with fund raising for charities such as Cancer Research UK.

Whilst his experience and training allow him to deal with a wide range of areas he recognise that sometimes referring a client on can be the best course of action. To that end he has developed a local network of fellow health professionals, which include; Physiotherapist, Nutritionalist, Chiropractor, Health Food Shop and a Sports Footwear Advisor.
